A three-day clean-up is wrapping up today along a section of the Okanagan rail trail in Kelowna. The city hauling away numerous truck-loads of garbage and debris from several encampments that have been growing in recent years. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the clean-up is displacing people who say they just want a safe place to shelter.
