Plenty of behind-the-scenes work to deem evacuated Kelowna building safe to re-occupy

Daily and even hourly meetings–that’s what the City of Kelowna says is happening to decide its next steps after a new affordable housing complex had to be evacuated for safety reasons. Cracks are visible throughout the building as its foundation shifts. And now that residents are out–the attention turns to what happens to the building next. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
