Lengthy waitlist for N.B. rehab services causing concerns about proposed legislation

As the New Brunswick government prepares to table forced rehabilitation legislation, the waitlist for current services can range from three to eight months. According to the official opposition, that’s just another reason to abandon the plan. Silas Brown reports.
