Baltimore bridge collapse: Maryland governor announces opening of 2nd temporary commercial channel

Speaking to media on Tuesday, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore said following the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore on March 26, normal commercial traffic is still a “long way” from resuming. He said two temporary channels have been opened.
