Buckle up: Quebec coroner recommends licence suspensions for seatbelt infractions

Fatal car crashes involving unbuckled passengers is on the rise in Quebec. To fight the trend, a Quebec coroner is recommending stiffer penalities including licence suspensions for those not wearing a seatbealt. Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines explains.
