Saskatchewan expands services to help police with mental health, addictions-based calls

On Tuesday, Saskatchewan Policing Minister Paul Merriman commented on funding to expand the Alternative Resource Officers (ARO) program saying AROs can be deployed anywhere in the city where police feel they volume in mental health and addictions calls.
