The Parti Québécois is accusing the Quebec government of dragging its feet when it comes to daycare access. Just before the last provincial election campaign, the government promised to convert all 56,000 private daycare spots into subsidized spaces by 2027. Almost two years later, the PQ says the province isn’t anywhere near that goal. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
