Alcohol consumption could expand, become permanent in select Toronto parks

A pilot program launched last August started allowing individuals of legal drinking age to consume alcohol at select Toronto parks. Now, city staff say the pilot program has shown enough support to expand, and potentially become permanent. Noor Ra’fat Ibrahim gathers reaction.
