Quebec minister slammed by public transit advocates for saying ‘too many cars’ on roads

Quebec’s economy and energy minister is under fire for saying there are too many cars in Montreal, while doing little about it. Critics say the province isn’t investing enough in public transit, leaving many potential riders little choice but to drive. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
