On Thursday, Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew invited Richard Beauvais and Edward Ambrose to the Legislative Building to receive an official apology for being switched at birth 69 years ago in Winnipeg. Ambrose said he feels Kinew’s apology “comes from the heart.”
