The 11th edition of the Festival de le Voix is underway. It’s a month of breathtaking music aiming to lift you up as we trudge through the last stretch of cold weather. The festival prides itself on being diverse and accessible to all, and it’s unfolding in small West Island venues this time around. Dan Spector spoke to artistic director Kerry Anne Kutz
