In 2020, high school basketball star Dylan Kalambay experienced heart failure at the young age of 16. Over the next six months, he had open-heart surgery and a life-saving heart transplant. Now a film is documenting his journey and shining a spotlight on the importance of organ donation. Kalambay and his coach, Dan Vanhooren, joined us on Global News Morning Edmonton to talk more about his journey.
