Study finds mothers dissatisfied with support from their employers

A national study recently found 70 per cent of working mothers don’t feel they have adequate support from their employers. Gaps in both maternity leave and pay are what the study indicates is the driving force behind the findings. Vanessa Wright has more on why some say “the motherhood penalty” is to blame.
