A retired Quebec judge has pleaded guilty to one count of manslaughter, ending more than a decade of legal proceedings. Jacques Delisle was initially found guilty of first-degree murder in the 2009 shooting death of his wife in Quebec City, but was freed in 2021 when the federal justice minister ordered a new trial.
