Kelowna council has voted in favor of a bylaw change that would allow for densification inside the city’s heritage conservation areas. Kelowna’s Gospel Mission has had to reduce meal offerings due to a lack of funds. Commercial trucks are now looking at higher penalties for hitting overpasses on B.C. roads.
