Gaza crisis: 1st humanitarian aid ship sets sail as Palestinians on brink of famine

Israel’s siege on the Gaza Strip has left more than 31,000 people dead, according to its Hamas-ran health ministry, and starvation in the region is becoming as much of a problem as violence. As Redmond Shannon reports, an aid ship loaded with nearly 200 tonnes of food and supplies is finally on its way from Cyprus in an attempt to bring Gaza some relief.
