An Alberta man has come forward with a complaint about a Lethbridge hotel, after some of his belongings were thrown away. The hotel has offered to pay for the discarded items but the man says there’s no way to replace his daughter’s ashes and other family heirlooms. Brandon Cassidy has the story.
