A family in Bible Hill, N.S. is voicing their frustrations with what they call ‘outdated’ bylaws in the county, in regards to the use of secondary suites. As Megan King reports, the family says allowing their adult daughter to live in a second unit on their poerty is her only option amid the housing crisis.
