Achieving a black belt in a martial art is a reflection of years of dedication, practice and expertise — and a nine-year-old Edmonton girl has done just that in taekwondo. Penelope Taylor has been training since she was just two and hold not just a black belt in taekwondo but also a grey belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As Sarah Ryan explains, she now coaches youngsters and will soon compete in her first out-of-province competition.
