Alberta’s new electric vehicle tax called an ‘ideological move’

The 2024 provincial budget brought changes to electric vehicle owners in Alberta. Starting next year, EV drivers will pay $200 more to have their vehicles on Alberta roads after the province said they have to pay their share too, in lieu of a fuel tax.
