The U.S. Supreme Court said on Wednesday it will decide in April whether former U.S. president Donald Trump is entitled to broad immunity from prosecution for acts allegedly committed while in office. Trump is facing four felony charges related to the Jan. 6 insurrection and the attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. Still, Trump has argued that he couldn’t be prosecuted for his actions as commander-in-chief.
