Report predicts Vancouver’s homeless crisis will only get worse

A new report by the Carnegie Housing Project warns the housing crisis on the Downtown Eastside will get progressively worse unless the province takes immediate action. Global News Morning speaks with one of the report’s co-authors Devin O’Leary.
