Several uninvolved vehicles drove over a spike belt being used during a police pursuit from Beaumont to Edmonton this past weekend, when an innocent woman was hit and killed while inspecting her blown tires. Kendra Slugoski has more from one of the people who witnessed the chaotic scene.
