Quebec artist known as Webster shares history of hip hop in unique exhibit

A Quebec City artist and independent historian is shining a spotlight on the history of hip hop music in Quebec. He’s partnered with the Musée de la civilisation for a multi-media exhibit on the musical genre that marked a generation. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
