Indian farmers’ unions rejected the Indian government’s proposal for minimum support prices (MSPs) for a period of five years on Monday, stating that the proposal is not in the interest of farmers. The unions said they have decided to proceed with the ‘Delhi Chalo,’ or ‘Delhi Chaos,’ march towards Delhi from 11:00 a.m. local time on Feb. 21.
