Nova Scotia signs action plan with feds on childcare expansion targets

Nova Scotia is taking another step toward delivering $10-a-day childcare by 2026. It has signed an action plan with the federal government to continue to reach its childcare expansion targets over the next few years. Skye Bryden-Blom reports.
