Public spaces bylaw being debated at Edmonton city council meeting

Edmonton’s public spaces bylaw is being discussed at a special city council meeting. The legislation would ban panhandling along roads and medians, using things like megaphones in all public spaces, outlaw ice skating on the North Saskatchewan River and not allow people to loiter on transit.
