Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre said Tuesday during question period that he has written to the RCMP to request they expand their investigation into ArriveCAN, demanding Prime Minister Justin Trudeau support the move and “stay out of the way.” Trudeau responded that the government does not direct the RCMP’s investigation.
