Quebec justice minister hoping to reduce court delays

The provincial justice minister is hoping to reduce wait times for trials in Quebec. Simon Jolin-Barrette announced some changes to ease the burden on judges. He’s also hoping prosecutors and defence lawyers can settle more cases and avoid lengthy trials. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki explains.
