A Memramcook, N.B. man learned earlier this month he has a rare condition causing the bones in one of his feet to crumble. Medical records showed a doctor found this out six weeks prior and hadn’t informed him. He feels like he slipped through the cracks of New Brunswick’s overwhelmed health-care system.
