Former U.S. president Donald Trump said Saturday that, if elected to the country’s top office, he won’t protect NATO countries from Russia if they don’t “pay up.” Trump made the comment at a rally in South Carolina, adding that “I would encourage them (Russia) to do whatever the hell they want.”
