New Brunswick Court of Appeal reserves decision about child protection order legal void

New Brunswick’s Court of Appeal has reserved its decision about a potential legislative error that led to a six-week legal void in child protection orders. As Silas Brown reports, it will be up to the court to decide whether there was a gap and if so, how it can be addressed.
