Telus has notified the community of Tranquille Valley, B.C. they will no longer have landline service. The company has given them a $1,400 rebate it says is to offset the costs of getting internet phones. As Anne Drewa reports, locals are unhappy to be caught between the federal government’s plans and the phone provider.
