Complaints are mounting over the lack of online support from grocery stores for blind and visually-impaired customers. People who are blind and use voice-activated screen readers for online shopping claim the grocery industry is failing them. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, they are calling for change on what is known as White Cane Week in Canada.
