Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly said on Tuesday that she had spoken to the mother of Mansour Shouman, a Palestinian Canadian citizen journalist who was feared to be missing in Gaza, after Shouman posted a video of himself online. “We saw this morning, good news about Mansour Shouman being alive,” said Joly, adding that she hopes to speak with his mother again soon.
