A U.S. federal appeals court has ruled unanimously that former president Donald Trump does not have immunity from prosecution. Trump sought to have the criminal cases against him dismissed, claiming he cannot be prosecuted for actions taken while he was in office. The court has given Trump until Feb. 12 to appeal the matter to the U.S. Supreme Court.
