8 in 10 Black Canadians say they still face discrimination at work: survey

As many Canadians mark Black History Month, a new workplace survey by accounting firm KPMG shows that despite progress, 81 per cent of Black workers reported facing some form of discrimination at work last year. Senior business correspondent Anne Gaviola explains what more needs to be done to create more equitable and inclusive workplaces.
