The humanitarian crisis in Gaza is a “man-made catastrophe,” European Union (EU) foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Saturday after a meeting of EU foreign ministers. Borrell added that there was no substitute for the UN Palestinian refugee agency (UNRWA) after some countries had paused funding.
