Speaking in Ottawa on Wednesday, Canada’s Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Marc Miller announced the government will provide $362.4 million to the Interim Housing Assistance Program to help provinces and municipalities assist those in need across the country. “I don’t think anyone can tell you credibly what will happen in the next couple of years, but we owe it to ourselves, we owe it to Canadians,” Miller said.
