‘Would you like to apologize?’: Zuckerberg gets asked during US hearing on children exploited online

During a heated exchange with Republican Sen. Josh Hawley, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was asked to “apologize” to parents of children who have been exploited on social media. Zuckerberg was among a handful of CEOs from top tech companies to testify before the U.S. Senate on their efforts to prevent child exploitation, bullying and other safety concerns.
