Some Alberta daycares take part in rolling closures to protest $10-a-day program

Several daycares and child care facilities across Alberta remained closed Tuesday in protest of what they say are problems with the $10-a-day child care program. As Morgan Black explains, operators say the funding models doesn’t allow them to offer quality care.
