RCMP in Manitoba have arrested and charged a Vancouver man with second-degree murder in the killing of a woman 17 years ago. 42-year-old Kevin Charles Queau was arrested in Vancouver on Saturday. 24-year-old Crystal Saunders was found dead near St. Ambroise, Manitoba in 2007.
