Monday marked the 7th anniversary of the fatal terrorist attack that left six Muslim-Canadians dead in Quebec City in 2017. Reflecting on the tragedy before taking part in a moment of silence in the House of Commons, Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre reaffirmed the government’s commitment to allow “all Canadians” to have the right and freedom to be able to worship in “peace and security.”
