Byron Carr murder: Charlottetown police make arrest in 35 year old homicide case

Charlottetown police have made an arrest in the strangulation death of 36-year-old Byron Carr in 1988. Chief Brad MacConnell announced on Friday that 56-year-old Todd Joseph Gallant, who was 21 years old at the time, was arrested on Thursday based on “significant forensic evidence.”
