N.B. nursing home says provincial delays stalling their rebuild

The board of directors for a nursing home and day care facility in Saint Andrews, N.B. says delays by the province have stalled a much-needed rebuild. It needs approval from the provincial government to replace the cramped overcrowded space at Passamaquoddy Lodge. Nathalie Sturgeon reports.
