The mother of a young Nova Scotia boy who died in floodwaters last November is pushing for urgent changes to the province’s emergency alert system. It took nearly two hours for an alert to go out as torrential rains devastated the province. Six-year-old Colton Sisco was among the four people killed. Heidi Petracek reports.
