Canadian study finds COVID measures were effective in reducing cases, hospitalizations, mortality rate

A study out of Montreal aimed at countering online misinformation has revealed that government-imposed health measures taken in connection with the spread of COVID-19 helped reduce cases, minimize hospitalizations and save lives. As Elizabeth Zogalis reports, the research used stats from around the world during the first wave of the pandemic in 2020.
