Iran blames Israel, vows revenge for deadly air strike on Syria

Missile attacks struck across the Middle East on Saturday, hitting Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq — with the latter injuring some American troops at an air base. Iran is blaming Israel and vowing revenge for a missile strike in Syria, which it says killed five members of its Revolutionary Guard, including the forces’ intelligence chief in Syria. The escalation in violence is fuelling fears the war in Gaza could spiral into a wider regional conflict. Mackenzie Gray has the details.
