Construction on a new electric vehicle battery plant in Quebec shut down temporarily on Friday. The multibillion-dollar project was announced back in the fall, touting plans to produce some of “the greenest batteries in the world.” However, environmental groups are fighting the project as Mike Armstrong reports.
