Contraband tobacco a multi-billion dollar industry in Canada

The distribution of contraband tobacco products in Canada has created a multi-billion dollar illegal industry, and while many are turning to these products to save a few bucks, one expert who spoke in front of an Okanagan crowd today says that money is going directly towards organized crime.
